Kitchenaid Stand Mixer Artisan Series Questions
Which is better a regular dough hook or the spiral hook on a kitchen aid mixer?
I am trying to decide between the artisan and the pro series on the Kitchenaid Stand mixer. I noticed the dough hook is different on the two, which is better? and what about it being coated or the burnished steel?
I find the dough hook is the better to use.
Mine is burnished and I find that ok.
