Smaller kitchenaid mixer?
I would LOVE to own a kitchenaid mixer (mostly for the dough hook, but would use it for other things as well!) – the problem is that I live in Manhattan and have a TINY, TINY kitchen – there is barely room for my small food processor let alone a stand mixer and there is NO place for storage so it would have to be out most of the time – is there a smaller version of this mixer? Or a smaller mixer that does a good job working with dough? I HATE kneading by hand, but haven’t been able to find a mixer that works with my space…help?

kitchenaid makes a hand mixer but I dont know how well it will work for dough. Good luck
