i want to make homemade pasta and need to buy an attachment for my kitchenaid mixer. Which one is best?
There are pasta plates and pasta cutters and then there’s the meat grinder attachment with pasta shapers. Do I need all of those? How does it work?
all you need is the pasta machine and that will come with everything you need to make your basic pasta the rest of the things are if you want special types or whatever and all you do is attach it to the silver disk on the front of your mixer and use it like any other standard pasta machiene
